We require full payment to hold your event date when you decide to book with us. Amount is fully refundable if cancelled 30 days prior to event date.  50% refundable if order is cancelled 2 weeks prior to date reserved.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY for Event Rentals AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

FREE

Delivery includes setting up of the tables the morning of your event (most of the time, when event is at PBNG, we can do the evening before). After your event we can either pick the tables up the same evening or next day depending on your venue requirements and event schedule. We are very flexible with delivery and pickup times and will do our best to work with what you need!

Do you deliver to?

Currently we only deliver to Dauphin Island addresses. If we have enough requests, this could change, so keep in touch!

CAN WE PICK UP OUR WHOLE ORDER OURSELVES?

We allow pick up of our yard games, decor items, and smaller furniture pieces, baby gear only. Message us to make arrangements.

Unfortunately, we do not allow pickups for our larger items or for very large orders. 

Arches, lounge furniture, and chairs require a large amount of space for transportation and can be easily damaged if transported, assembled, or handled incorrectly. For this reason, we only allow our team to deliver and set up these items up.

CAN WE RENT ITEMS FOR OUR CEREMONY AND THEN MOVE THEM TO OUR RECEPTION OURSELVES?

WHAT IF YOU DON'T HAVE AN ITEM I AM LOOKING FOR?

We are often able to do custom work for our clients. If you are looking for something that you don’t see on the site, just ask us! We will do our very best to purchase / make what you need.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

What if we break or spill something?

Small spillages (such as water or non-staining items) may not incur a fee. However, you may be billed for dry cleaning costs if required. Please inform us at the end of your picnic or event if there has been any major spills or accidents so we can try to resolve the situation without cleaning fees or replacing the item.  All breakages must be paid for.
